how to order
1. dm us the products you'd like to purchase! feel free to ask or browse through our page or website which products you love.2. send us your details along with your location and preferred date! i’ll confirm your order and provide total price. 50% down payment is required to avoid cancellations.3. most of the items are readily available, but for commissions or customized orders such as bouquets, it usually take about 5-14 days to prepare.4. once your item is ready, i’ll send a final photo for your approval. then i’ll arrange shipping or pickup right after.

Terms
1. Orders are confirmed only after the required payment or down payment has been received. Production will not begin until payment has been confirmed;2. Most of my items are handmade. As such, slight variations in size, color, stitch pattern, and appearance are normal. Additionally, product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and/or screen settings;3. My standard turnaround time is 5-14 business days from the date your order is confirmed and the required payment has been received, although it may vary depending on the complexity of the design, quantity, and current order volume/queue.4. Orders are shipped via trusted couriers but meet-ups are also available by prior arrangement within Pasig, Mandaluyong, or at my current booth location, subject to schedule and availability;5. Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, I am not liable for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit. Any delivery concerns should be coordinated directly with the courier;6. Cancellation, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered if the incorrect item was sent or if the item has a defect. Any concerns must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Payment
1. I require 50% non-refundable down payment to confirm your order, whether made-to-order, ready-made, or customized. The remaining balance must be settled before shipment, during the agreed meet-up, or according to the agreed payment arrangement;2. Production or order reservation will begin only after the required down payment has been received and confirmed;3. The current accepted payments are through GCash, BDO, or GoTyme Bank.
